Refund and Exchanges
NO REFUNDS
Due to Federal Law it is unsanitary to resell used hair. If the hair has been removed from original packaging meaning worn, used, colored, or altered in any way we will not be able to accept it.
Before shipping we make sure your order is packed and shipped securely. In the event that you have received the incorrect item please contact us at KrowneKeir@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving package. If you do not contact us within that time frame you will not receive an exchange. After your order is shipped back to us we will notify you once we have received and inspected your item then, we will let you know if the order was approved or not.
